Much of the cleaning will be done with state-of-the-art equipment and special chemicals. Some items are also cleaned by hand. If an item is determined to be unable to achieve a pre-loss condition, it will be inventoried to the non-restorable list for your insurance.

After your belongings have been cleaned, if applicable, they will be placed into an ozone room and/or deodorization chamber. After the cleaning process is complete, your belongings will be carefully re-packed and placed into storage until the repairs to your property are complete
